Heather Neveu Partner

Heather is a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group, serving both individual and corporate clients in corporate law, estate planning, bankruptcy, and real estate transactions and litigation.

Heather serves corporate clients in numerous industries, handling entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, institutional finance, and a broad range of general corporate matters.

He real estate practice includes representing residential and commercial clients in purchase and sale transactions. Heather has represented litigation clients in foreclosure defense matters, forcible entry and detainer, construction defect claims and mechanics liens.

Heather also represents municipalities in day-to-day corporate matters, handling FOIA requests, economic development and administrative matters. She counsels municipalities regarding annexation matters, code enforcement and drafting ordinances.

Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from DePaul University and her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, Ms. Neveu was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Trial Advocacy.

Heather Neveu is licensed to practice law before all state courts in California and Illinois. Ms. Neveu is also admitted to practice before four Federal districts including the Northern District of Illinois, the Southern District of California, the Central District of California and the Eastern District of California.
